Dr Beltz Troy Family Practice

Dr. Stacey Beltz, D.O.

Stacey Beltz, D.O. is a Board Certified Family Practice physician who has been serving our community since 2000. Born in Royal Oak, Michigan, Dr. Beltz attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She completed her medical degree at Michigan State University College of Osetopathic Medicine. Dr. Beltz completed an internship with family practice emphasis at Mount Clemens General Hospital in 2001 and her residency training at William Beaumont Hospital. Her special interests include women’s health and preventative medicine. Dr. Beltz joined Troy Family Practice, PLLC in 2005.

Melissa Mobley, NP

Melissa Mobley has earned a Master of Science in Nursing at Oakland University with a focus on Primary Care in the adult and geriatric population. She is a certified Adult and Gerontological Nurse Practitioner with the American Academy board of Nurse Practitioners. She has a special interest in working with the geriatric population. She has over 10 years of experience in the medical field.

Melissa offers a warm and collaborative approach to healthcare, working alongside patients to create an individualized approach to health promotion and disease prevention. In her free time Melissa loves to read, cook, and hike.

Kim Fox, FNP-C

Kimberly Fox has earned a Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Detroit Mercy with a focus on family medicine. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Academy Board of Nurse Practitioners. She has a special interest in working with patients in mental health along with working with patients throughout their lifespan. She has over 10 years of experience in the medical field and worked as an emergency room nurse prior to becoming a nurse practitioner.

Kim believes in a holistic approach to medicine, treating the whole patient and not just their presenting illness or disease. She has done additional training in personalized nutrition to help support this focus. In her free time, Kim likes to spend time with her two children and husband, as well as their two golden retrievers.
